i just think, in general, we need more medieval (and medieval fantasy)-set media with distinctly post-apocalyptic vibes. i do not mean your common dung ages nonsense. i mean robin hood but make it mad max. i mean the terror for people who care a lot about the plantagenets. i mean a quiet place but it is set in 1285.

did you know The Pirate and The Porcelain Girl, the comic I made with Emily Riesbeck and Lucas Gattoni, is gonna be on shelves in LESS THAN A MONTH??? It's got magic, romance, swashbuckling pirates, and less-than-moral paladins. It's a really good book, and I'm excited to share it with y'all! It'll be out on August 8th!
